Our position
Frixplay IPTV does not host, upload or store any video content. Streams are supplied by third-party server partners. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Filing a notice
Send a written notice to support@frixplaytv.com including: identification of the copyrighted work, the URL or stream identifier on our service, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorised to act, and your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
Valid notices are acted on promptly and the relevant item is removed from the lineup or reported to the responsible partner. Repeat-infringement sources are discontinued.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, send a counter-notice with the same identification details and consent to jurisdiction, and we will process it as the DMCA provides.
