1. The service

Frixplay IPTV (frixplaytv.com) provides access to an IPTV streaming subscription delivered over the internet. By purchasing, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and logins

Each subscription is issued as a personal login limited to the number of simultaneous streams in the plan you purchased. Sharing or reselling a login outside our reseller program ends the subscription without refund.

3. Payments

Plans are a one-time payment for the selected term. Nothing renews automatically. Prices are shown in US dollars and include all fees.

4. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, the availability of any specific channel or title, or availability in a specific region. Content is supplied by third-party server partners and can change without notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for public exhibition, redistribution, scraping or any purpose that breaches the laws of your country. You are responsible for compliance with local law.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: within 7 days of purchase, if the service cannot be made to work on your device and support has been given a chance to fix it.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frixplay IPTV is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
