What we collect
To deliver your subscription we collect your email address, the name you enter at checkout, your order history and the device type you tell us. Card details are processed by our payment provider and never stored by Frixplay IPTV.
How we use it
To send your login and setup guide, provide support, process refunds and send a reminder before your term ends. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Viewing data
We keep no viewing logs. Our server partners see connection metadata needed to deliver streams, which is not linked to your checkout identity by us.
Cookies
This site uses essential cookies for the checkout and anonymous analytics cookies to count visits. No advertising trackers are used.
Retention
Order records are kept for the period required by tax law, then deleted. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@frixplaytv.com. We answer within 30 days.
